It’s a miracle - I’m UPDATING. First layout in god knows when and I’m on a roll with a list and I’m gonna get shit done if it kills me. This layout is very simple and not even inclusive of a real sidebar. I’m cheap, I know. At any rate… IT’S HERE.

I’ve been going nonstop to the point I can’t even web design anymore. Lawl?

Also, sometime this weekend, I need to garden.

Okay, caught the little tabby kitten after nearly dying. The momma cat MAULED me and I was only saved by my amazing kitty Jess’ loyalty. Thank you, dear lord, for attack cats.

But yeah. This one’s going to the shelter - it’s a lot more aggressive than Shinobi, and I WAS going to keep it as an outdoor cat, but, eh… it’s mean and I really want the calico to give to my mom. Ergh. Catching it is NOT gonna be fun now.

In other news, feral cat mothers = scarier than almost dying in a car crash.

So, the past few days have been exciting. Aside from work being sort of bleh (and no doubt, I won’t get a good check like last time and I owe so many people money that that check will be already gone ;( )… I managed to catch one of the stray kittens underneath our house! I snatched it out by the tail and now my boyfriend Kyle has fallen in love with it. It’s a little boy and he named it Shinobi (originally Miroku, but after we were scared it had gotten into the attic and had, in reality, hidden in the smallest place under a TV in my closet). It’s going to be a dark tabby of some sort, but right now it looks black with dark stripes.

Just took it to the vet and it was completely checked out and tested negative for all diseases and whatnot… but it has to be quarantined and socialized for at least another 3-4 days in Kyle’s room. Also, gotta get it eating normally. It’s already doing very well for a feral kitten, though - I just have to catch his calico sister and tabby brother (I think it’s male, at least) next, and then his mother, Igen, who needs to be spayed very much so.

But, anyway, just de-flea’d the house again - next time, kittens will stay in my BATHROOM and the fleas will NOT get out like what happened with Kyle dragging Shinobi to his room. Subira is very unhappy about this deflea’ing and hiding after getting a anti-flea pill AND flea stuff on her back. She scared me by acting sick earlier, but she was really just unhappy and itchy and so I fed her tuna to make her happy again… unfortunately, she is now hiding because of vacuum cleaners being scary ;(

Anyways - work tomorrow and Saturday, must practice, and must study for test. Already did my online thing for my honors class, and I just have to buy those books. I get about $7k in my refund check come the 20th/21st of this month, so I’m dying to get that. I have to pay back Sara-nee, Kyle, AND pay off my kitten completely, as well as buy a bunch of stuff. About $3k is being put away for rent/house expenses and the rest is going to be used as living money, considering I have to cut back on work quite a bit once I start school.

ALSO. I gots my Xelloss-plush in the mail today! Eeeehnn! *squishes it*

… and so much for making profit on these kittens. Shinobi is officially Kyle’s little boy cat, and the other two… well, the tabby is too pretty to give up, and I’ve always wanted a calico. I just want to get their momma fixed so she can be happy and not a broodmare ;( Sigh. Curse my weakness for kitties.

2. do honors online coursework + get books for it
3. practice (!)
4. … that’s about it, really.

ugh.

then need to pay for commission. glee.
